Section 54
Punishment for disobeying orders or instructions
: Except as written in this paragraph, the license holder who does not follow this Act and the rules, orders or instructions made under this Act will be warned by the department for the first time, a fine of fifty thousand rupees for the second time and the same offense for the third time. If this happens, the license can be canceled with a fine of one lakh rupees.
